About Swan & Cygnet Care
Swan & Cygnet Care is owned and managed by the Blackham family (pictured below) who live locally in South Norfolk with over 55 years of combined service in the care occupation. We pride ourselves in always looking to improve the service we offer and making sure the Resident comes first in whatever we do.
The central office is located within the ground of The Moorings in Earsham, this enables the family to be involved on a daily basis with each home supporting the Managers to ensure a positive service to all our Residents.
Our philosophy of care
The philosophy of Swan & Cygnet Care is to offer an environment and quality of life most appropriate to each individual Resident secure in the knowledge that lasting care is available at all times and thus allowing Residents to live as full and active life as their physical and mental conditions will allow.
As a local family run service it is important to us that high level of standards are maintained and developed, we carry out regular audits from daily house checks, to monthly and quarterly audits which will help identify areas for improvement. We do welcome your feedback and comments and encourage communication in order to achieve a positive outcome for the people we care for.
